Wellness & Spa on Lake Constance
At its heart is the pool landscape with its seamless transition from inside to out: on warm days you swim outdoors in the park directly by the lake, then come to rest in the fireside lounge or on the sun terrace overlooking the water. The spa includes saunas and a steam bath, a graduation tower that fills the air with healing brine aerosol as on the sea coast, and an ice bath for those who seek the cold stimulus. A dedicated yoga room is available for both active and quiet formats; a simulated altitude climate makes the calm of the house all the more tangible.
For massages, for yoga, Pilates or Qigong, and for quiet formats such as meditation and breathwork, our team accompanies you personally. The Ayurvedic treatments are carried out by experienced in-house Indian Ayurveda experts; for facial and skin care we work with certified organic natural cosmetics from TEAM DR JOSEPH in South Tyrol.
