At the Buff Medical Resort
At the Buff Medical Resort you experience the body scrub right on Lake Constance – on the sunny southern shore of the lake, surrounded by the mature trees of Büdingen Park. In around 40 minutes your skin is gently treated with an organic exfoliation made from alpine natural ingredients. Many find the treatment pleasantly invigorating; the skin feels smoother afterwards. For the subsequent care, we work with certified organic natural cosmetics.
After the treatment, the day can wind down peacefully – for example on a lounger by the water or at the fireside lounge. On request, you can combine the body scrub with further wellness treatments such as a massage – entirely according to your wishes.
What is a full-body exfoliation?
During the body scrub, the skin is gently treated with an exfoliation to loosen dead skin cells. Afterwards the skin usually feels softer and more supple, and care products can then be well absorbed.

In principle, for anyone who wants to do their skin some good. In the case of sensitive or irritated skin, discuss the treatment with our team beforehand.
How often does a body scrub make sense?
That depends on your skin type. Our beauticians are happy to advise you on the right rhythm.
What do I wear for the body scrub?
Not much – you are discreetly covered during the treatment. We provide towels and a bathrobe.
Can I combine the exfoliation with a massage?
Yes, the two go together well – many guests have a massage afterwards. Simply speak to us and we will coordinate the appointments.
Body scrub or Glove Dry – what is the difference?
With the body scrub the skin is treated moist with an exfoliation, with the Glove Dry it is dry, using the glove. The Glove Dry is somewhat shorter; beyond that it mainly depends on which you find more pleasant.
