Getting to know your own body more precisely
Weight alone says little about how our body is actually composed. Two people with the same body weight can differ considerably in muscle mass, body fat distribution and proportions, for example.
The 3D body scan allows a more comprehensive view. Within a short time, a detailed digital image of your body is created that reveals various body measurements, your body composition and postural characteristics.
This gives us an objective starting point for training, nutrition and the assessment of your physical development.
More than weight and BMI
In the 3D body scan, your body is recorded from various perspectives using modern scanner technology.
A three-dimensional body model is created from the measurement data. Depending on the measurement parameters, body measurements, body fat percentage, muscle distribution and postural characteristics can be derived from it, among other things.
The examination becomes particularly interesting over time: if the scan is repeated at different points in time, physical changes can be compared objectively.
What can the 3D body scan show?
Body composition
The analysis provides information about how your body is composed of fat and muscle.
Muscle distribution
The distribution of the musculature can be considered in more detail and related to your training goals.
Body measurements & proportions
Various body measurements are recorded digitally and allow a more objective view of physical changes.
Posture
The scan can reveal postural characteristics and possible differences in body alignment.
Measured quickly, compared over the long term
Recording the body
You stand in the scanner for a short time while your body is recorded from various perspectives without contact.
Creating the 3D model
A digital three-dimensional model of your body is created from the measurement data collected.
Comparing the results
The data are evaluated together with your personal goals. In a later measurement, changes can be compared directly with the baseline values.
Making changes visible
A 3D body scan may be useful, for example:
- before starting a training or health programme
- if you would like to get to know your body composition more precisely
- where the goal is to build muscle mass or reduce body fat
- as a complement to individual nutritional counselling
- to assess physical proportions and posture
- to document changes during a longer stay
- in combination with strength testing, spiroergometry and further exercise testing
What matters is not a single value, but the joint consideration of your body composition, your performance and your personal goals.

Thinking about body composition and metabolism together
Muscle mass, fat distribution and metabolism influence one another. That is why we do not consider physical changes in isolation, but together with nutrition, physical activity and metabolic health.
