As part of this program, you can reap the full benefits of Mayr therapeutic fasting. Your intestinal and digestive health will benefit from an intensive period of individual fasting. You will determine the duration together with your attending physician. By gradually reintroducing food over several days, these programs enable a gentle transition back to everyday life.

Yes, it is possible to stay without participating in a medical program. Individual services from our therapy book can be booked at any time. However, for lasting health benefits, we recommend participating in a personalized health program.

Is there a recommended minimum length of stay?

Depending on your goals, we recommend a stay of at least 7 nights. Longer stays allow for more intensive medical care and more substantial results that have a lasting effect on your body, mind, and soul.
